Brian Bailys President - Dancing Ducks Entertainment

Brian Bailys is the Principal of The Bailys Group, a consulting firm he founded in 1993 to provide high net worth client base income tax, estate tax and financial planning services. A certified public accountant since 1983, Brian began his career as a Federal, State and Local tax specialist and an IRS Audit Support person for the Michigan-based accounting and consulting firm of Plante and Moran.

Brian has participated in strategic planning and in various capacities with numerous "early stage" companies and has advised on numerous merger and acquisitions transactions for his portfolio as well as other portfolio companies. He has served on private and public company boards. Brian has also served on a compensation committee of a public company.

He has also served as treasurer of the United Cerebral Palsy Cleveland Chapter, a board member of the Parent Volunteer Association for retarded children and adults and the Beachwood Chamber of Commerce. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University, and is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mitchell Kriegman
Emmy award winning writer, director and creator Mitchell Kriegman has been on the forefront of children’s entertainment for over 20 years. 

Kriegman’s accolades in children’s television include Rugrats, Doug, Ren and Stimpy, Clarissa Explains it All and Bear in the Big Blue House. Kriegman earned two Emmys for Best Direction as well as the prestigious Directors Guild Award.
Shane J. Lopez, Ph.D. Child Development & Education Advisor
Shane J. Lopez, Ph.D., Research Director of the Clifton Strengths School and Gallup Senior Scientist in Residence, leads research on the links between hope, strengths development, academic success, and overall wellbeing and collaborates with scholars around the world on these issues. He specializes in hope and strengths enhancement for students from preschool through college graduation, advocating a whole-school strengths model that also builds the strengths expertise of educators, parents, and youth development organizations. Dr. Lopez has provided strengths mentoring to thousands of college students, including academic, career, and life planning, and he advises schools, colleges, and universities on these issues. He is the coauthor of the statistical reports for the Clifton StrengthsFinder and the Clifton Youth StrengthsExplorer.

Dr. Lopez has published more than 100 articles and chapters and seven books, including Positive Psychology: Exploring the Best in People and The Encyclopedia of Positive Psychology. With C.R. Snyder, he published Positive Psychology: The Scientific and Practical Explorations of Human Strengths, which won the Sage Press Book of the Year Award; Positive Psychological Assessment: A Handbook of Models and Measures; and The Handbook of Positive Psychology. With Cynthia Pury, he edited the book Courage, which will be released in 2009.

Dr. Lopez is the past associate editor of the Journal of Social and Clinical Psychology, an editorial board member of the Journal of Positive Psychology, and an ad-hoc reviewer for many psychology journals. He is a licensed psychologist and a Fellow of the American Psychological Association.
Caren Shalek
Caren has over 20 years experience in building and managing preschool and entertainment brands. She brings a diverse background in consumer products and licensing from companies like PorchLight Entertainment, Mattel/Fisher-Price, and Sesame Workshop.
She served as Senior vice President, Consumer Products for PorchLight, Vice President Consumer Products, Mattel/Fisher-Price and the Vice President of Licensing and Consumer Products and Product Development Worldwide at Sesame Workshop.
Colleen Curtis Social Media
Colleen is our Social Media Manager at Wisharoo Park. Colleen enjoys helping the park pals get their messages out to the public via social media channels.

Colleen comes to Wisharoo Park with a background in creative media. As a professional photographer, videographer and podcaster Colleen lends her skills to the delvelopement team at Wishaoro Park.

One of Colleen's most recent animation projects you might recognize is the Universal Movie "The Pirates who Don't Do Anything". Colleen was an animated voice character and assistant to the producer. IMDB profile

Lastly, Colleen is on the advisory board for Nashville's Education and Arts TV Channel. Her wish is to help provide quality entertainment and positive media to everyone.
